You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been processed and shipped. Use this link to get the latest updates on your shipment.

Missing or Delayed Deliveries

If your order is delayed or you encounter issues, contact the appropriate customer service based on your order’s region.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, email customer service immediately. Please note, changes may not be possible once the order is shipped.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DUTIES – U.S.

Returns are accepted only for defective goods within 30 days of purchase.

U.S. Shipping Information

Flat Rate: $19.99
Carriers: FedEx, UPS

We currently ship to most states in the continental United States.

However, due to state regulations, we are unable to ship to the following states:
Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont

Important Delivery Notes:
– An adult (21+) with a valid ID must sign for the package.
– Packages cannot be left unattended at doorsteps.
– No PO Box Deliveries: Due to regulations surrounding alcohol deliveries, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address.

International Shipping Information

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. One parcel can weigh up to 25 kg. Orders over 25 kg will be divided into multiple parcels, with additional shipping costs.

Delivery Partners: UPS and DHL
Delivery Time: 1–4 weekdays, depending on location
For faster processing, we recommend paying by credit card.
Logistics Partner Changes: Sélection Prestige GmbH may change logistics partners without prior notice. Customers will only be charged for their selected delivery option.
